Cline and I were at Palmer Rapids last weekend, along with about 200 other paddlers! The water level was summer level, 25cms which makes it a good spot for teaching, there had to been 8 groups from the local paddling schools all competing for space.
The top chute was a nice ride pinballing our way thru the holes and the downstream run had a couple of holes to play in.
Great weather, clean water, good friends, smokey fires and warm tequila.
