Four Scouts and three leaders went canoeing on Lake Ontario yesterday. We had a fun time and while we were on the island, we stopped to help plant trees for the new hedge maze that is being built on Centre Island. We planted trees for about 1.5 hours. The Maze will open in late August apparently. Thanks to everyone who came. Thanks to Dave at Harbourfront Canoe and Kayak who gave us a great deal on the canoes. A special thanks to Blaede and Scouter Andrew who remembered their uniforms. |
