Another great race and thanks to the many volunteers who made it happen. There were many VVs there and I think everyone had a good time. There was plenty of evening time for those who just wanted to run the river too. It was pretty quiet after the race closed on Sat.Pic by Glenn Meizner from 2005 race

Morgan ran her first real slalom race as a juniour and managed to get all the gates on her second run. Yay Morgan!

Stephen took third in the glass class! Excellent work Stephen!

Silly mentions go to Colin for running in a pirate costume and to me for running in a Splash (a very small kids boat).

It's always especially good to see all the first time racers. I want to mention Colin again here. He worked hard getting his big boat down the course and getting back in the race after a wipe-out as well. Yay Colin!
